Overall excellent service. No major hiccups from our stay. Will stay again. Very good overall. Only downside is no additional powerpoints in the room or bathroom for charging phone, cameras, shavers, especially for a deluxe room.

A family room, which is equivalent to 2 standard size rooms should be equiped with 4 sets of accessories for 4 adults. But sad to note, only 2 pairs of bedroom slippers, toothbrushes etc were provided. Generally, the room is very well maintained and cleanliness is tip top!

The pool was very very small and the pool bar very poor value for money. There was no jacuzi. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! Fantastic value for money! However the amenities were not as well maintained as they could have been. The toilet flush did not work well, and the bathtub was not cleaned thoroughly. Warning - The bottles of Evian water on arrival are not free!

Some guests made a lot of noice during late nights. The staff should patrol around and advice them to be more considerate. The hot water of the shower was not hot enough most of the time.

The bible should not be in room. They put bible in the drawer! I need to wait 45minutes to get the room at 7.15pm. Then I need to ask amenities 1 by 1 as listed in provided list. No towel (got hair on it), no bathrobe etc

The location is excellent. 10 shopping centres just outside the door. Chinatown is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Nice bar and a very good piano player. Excellent restaurant with a great buffet. Very nice room. It was really good when you are travelling with children, who can sleep on their own.

was dissapointed that the shuttle bus provided to the shopping centre in town is so limited and the timing is so no good like once at 2pm and once at 9pm only.. They should have stated that in the advertisement. I was misled by that. The toilet do not flush properly....frustrating

When we check in our room was not ready for occupation so we park our bags in our friends room and went out shopping. When we return we were not able to enter our room as the keys we had could not open the door. So we went to the reception and have it fix and when we open the door we found that some else has taken our room. So we went to the reception counter again and we wanted the room on the same floor as our friends. The check in counter said it was not available but we insisted then she discovered that they have been moved us next door on the same floor as our friends. They dont even know and have not informed us of this change at all. I am truly amazed at the ignorance of the staff at the hotel. For S$120.00 a night I felt that it is expensive for this hotel which looks good from the outside but not the inside. I will not return to this hotel again. Some 3 star hotels in K.L is better value for money. We chose this hotel because there is Gym and pool. Wow it is so small....

i would most likely come back. having a hand shower in the bathroom would be useful with kids around.

Gym not as well equipped as I would have liked. Perhaps more weights. On 2 occasions, there was a power failure, each time I had to ring reception to have it rectified

Lobby needs to have more chairs for guests to sit around and wait for pick-up, etc. Very comfortable. Real value for money.

Both my mother and I were very very ill with gastroenteritis (stomach cramps and diarrhoea) after eating the hotel breakfast on 2 separate days...should be looked into Amenities not always complete
