When requested for another set the service lady was not happy and gave us a unpleasant look.

A bag of important belongings were left behind. We went to singapore and rang the hotel from there. I left my credit card details and authorization to charge my card but just get belongings back to me. No good. In New Zealand now.

All the staff were friendly, approachable and the services rendered were very prompt. Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

EVEN WHEN THEY SMILED THEIR SMILES WERE FORCED. THE HOTEL LOBBY WAS ALWAYS CROWDED AND NOISY. THE TV WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL TIMES.
