THE STAFF WERE NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. EVEN WHEN THEY SMILED THEIR SMILES WERE FORCED. THE HOTEL LOBBY WAS ALWAYS CROWDED AND NOISY. THE TV WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL TIMES.

i was expecting a king size bed ,not a twin

Cannot fault the service provided by the hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and must make special mention of Sarah and concierge Fareed both of who are a credit to your hotel. Friendliness shown as well as excellent personality and politeness were beyond reproach. Please passd these compliments on to the staff mentioned.

Bar entertainments prevents conversation as the music is to loud.

Location is very good and easy to anywhere in kll. The bed is comfortable.

Housekeeping was not very good.

porter staff are very slowover 15 mins to pick up bags never came even after 2 calls the pillows were poor and the room floor was very dirty you also stated it was an upgrade room not very good you should provide apaper in the morning.

inconvenient due to location is near the pudu bus terminal.Buses blocked hotel entrance. rooms ok,except the toilet, it is more convenient to install tap hose near the toilet bowl

THIS HOTEL IS VERY NEAR TO ALL THE LOCATIONS OUR ROOM WAS IN VERY GOOD POSITION

We have to wait around 1hour while check in due to the room not clean yet and also for the luggage. FYI we check in at 1pm at that moment. The location is good and easy to reach shopping center. Good enough to stay at this hotel. The room very comfortable and good view in the night, only the shower tab should change the new one

Though the hotel has facilities of gym n spa's we were not able to actually make the most of it coz it was our first visit to the city and we were busy exploring the same.

Family Room ( 2 room) had only one bathroom - need attach bathroom for each room.

I have scored "Service" with a 2 because the girl who was at the Reception Counter when we checked out at 6.15am on 6 May was extremely rude to us and the other guests also checking out at the same time. However, I am not going to let this girl spoil this very good hotel and will definitely go back to the Swiss Garden Hotel, KL. The reason I gave "Cleanliness" a 4 was because there were stains on the bed sheets, but these were changed promptly upon contacting Housekeeping. Everything else was spotless (5/5) and the room was extremely confortable.
