Yes the staff are all couteous and helpful. Also it might not be along the main commercial road(like Orchard in Singapore) but still accessible to all. The buffet breakfast was alright except being a Filipino was looking for corned beef and bacon strips. I don't what took so long when I requested for bedroom slippers after I found out later it was given to the wrong room number. Anyway, it's ok, we are just human. What disappointed me is not the hotel but the taxi queue in front which I thought will be friendly for us tourist. He did not accommodate me and directed on the other side of the street which sad to say !No taxi was available. I going to visit my friend to another hotel and he refused us.

I have been number of times in this hotel (with my family or on business) and one thing did never change-the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and make you welcome.

My stay here was a good experience, we had the family room, one king and two single beds, the room is very large and has a "classy" feel to it.

Service was great, the buffet breakfast is worth getting up for and the buffet dinner looked really tasty(didnt get time to have dinner tho)
The two men working at the lobby bar are very frendly, and also very helpfull with tips on where to go and what to do around Malaysia.

When i go to Malaysia i will stay at this hotel again ...

With regards to the breakfast, it was rather expensive. Hope that it can be reduced slightly.

Facilities are alittle limited but its a pleasant place to relax. Nice and quiet, the staff are very friendly too.

Location was good. Walking distance to afew shopping malls.

I would recommend this for those who prefer peace and quietness.

Just that the carpark need a lift to the lobby. A rubber bumper should be put at the each carpark level entry and exit since the lane space is a little bit narrow for big car.

the staffs are friendly and nice.....but the room cleanliness is soso...i found some rubbish under the bed...and the room is small enough...if compare to the photo review.the breakfast buffer is awesome.
overall,this is a good hotel,and i will recommend to ohters.

We had used shattle bus services for three times it was very convenient and the driver who was really friendly, it was nice talking to the local people. Location is excellent it is walking distance to central shopping district if we choose to go back to KL again we would love to stay at the Swiss Garden Hotel.

My stay in Swiss Garden was very enjoyable and all staff were courteous, extremely friendly and helped with any queries I had in relation to KL and Malaysia. I would highly recommend the hotel to any prospective visitors. I found the location convenient to Bintang Walk and KL is fairly easy to explore on foot. The buffet dinner also catered for various tastes and I thought it was of an extremely high standard.

We have a nice and comfortable time while staying in this hotel. The kids (7-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy) are very happy especially with two plasma tv in our unit.

Breakfast is not that fantastic but the location of the hotel is within reach to the main shopping area.

Staff service (at all area e.g. at the breakfast area, lounge, lobby-counter...) is excellent.

For our future stay at KL, we decided this hotel will be our first choice. Definitely, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I was pleasently surprised by the quailty of the hotel.I found the front desk staff very courteous helpful and always professional.The location is absolutely great so close to China town and other good quality shopping centres.The facilities also suited my needsI would certainly recommend it to others.

I thought the size of Swimming pool is very samll and it is really awful to not to have a lift to carpark. I have never seen a 4 star hotel basement carpark without a lift.

Stayed here for two nights on a stop over from Europe to Perth, Western Australia (home). All okay, we didn't hang around the hotel or use any of the facilities. We just pretty much spent as much time as possible exploring KL. Breakfast was good, just make sure you get there at least 30 minutes before end of breakfast, as tables filled up quickly. Staff all nice, especially the door people. Caught the shuttle to China Markets which was handy, could easily have walked, however it was raining and we ended up buying heaps, so good to know we had a lift coming back.

Taxi/private car to airport was arranged by the doorperson, great price and great service especially at 6am!

Did book the urban chic package, however wasn't offered the free drink, or complimentry snacks at the e-lounge, I didn't bother reminding them, I'll rather do without and not get too annoyed. The check in person said "we have upgraded you", I didn't tell her that I had already booked and paid for the upgrade!

Staff were great considering what they had to put up with, I did notice the hotel was full of extremely rude and demanding guests. I did not envy the kitchen staff when one woman demanded her freshly cooked eggs were not to her liking, then her husband stepped in, this was just one example of many examples of poorly behaved people that I observed in only 2 days!

The rooms were pretty nice and cozy. Only that the hotel was quite a walking distance to bukit bintang, especially when it rains. Other than that, everything else was OK.

I booked 2 rooms on my latest trip and one of the rooms had necessities ( shower cap, tooth brush etc) for only one person. When requested for another set the service lady was not happy and gave us a unpleasant look.

Ok while we stayed there but very poor aftercare when we left. A bag of important belongings were left behind. We went to singapore and rang the hotel from there. I left my credit card details and authorization to charge my card but just get belongings back to me. No good. In New Zealand now.

Will definitely return! All the staff were friendly, approachable and the services rendered were very prompt. Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

All was good including.The quality of breakfast was all good.The ambience was all good. The room was nicely decorated with all amenities.Pl keep it up.
