The food was not up to the same high standard of the other hotel services. There should be a effort put into increasing the quality and taste as well as variety of the food services at the hotel.

Besides, there are many flies in the room during my stay in this resort. Management should take action to overcome this as it will scare out the traveller rather than keep on mentioned this is "flies season", travellers will take this as a hygience factors in the hotel. Also, the buffer food in the restaurant is not fresh. Overall, im quite satisfy with the staff attitute, services provided, games and entertainement, and the environment in Damai Laut. It a nice place for enjoy, relax and gathering. There are some suggestion that need to recommend to Damai Laut in order to populate or advertise the resort such as held a contest about in-and-out of Damai Laut Resort, by offering a free hotel stay in Damai Laut to attract more customers know about Damai Laut Resort and im sure traveller will spread out thru mouth for this.
