The staff though helpful, courteous and lovely people, bought us the wrong drinks on numerous occasions - it was clear they didn't quite understand how to make some of the drinks listed on the menu and it seemed to take forever to get a drink when using the rooftop terrace.
Food was OK but there are some fabulous eating places near by that offer far more value, choice and culinary expertise.
The hotel location is fine for business travellers but its not really cut out for a family holiday.
The room we had was great for a couple with one or two kids - nice view and good facilities however as mentioned earlier, its not really a hotel I would recommend for a family holiday - it would suit the business/conference attendee more than the holiday maker - sorry for being negative - I love the Balinese Island and the people, but you did ask for honest feedback.
