Had two fused bulbs when we first arrived. Hotel told us that housekeeping doesn't check that. Called them twice to fix it didn't arrive had to go across the road to reception.

After roasting in a Queenstown hotel room without a/c, it was a pleasant surprise to walk into a cool room in Auckland.
