Supposed to allocate me seaview rm but t view was blocked. Rm do not hv soap in t rm n did not provide newspaper to t rm.

the staff was very friendly, buffet b'fst have variety, kids pool excellent & my kid love it..even the 2 yrs enjoy it very much. request for baby cot but never turn up. overall, we like it here and will be coming again if return to cherating

This hotel is good for office team building & for office family day.

We booked this hotel with low expectation as it was rated 3-star. This hotel provided standard beach hotel facilities, the room size was just nice, the breakfast spread wasn't that great but taste good. The swimming pool was rather small, especially we were caught-up with some 100s of staff from a local company having a retreat during our stay. However, what we can't accept was the smelly pillows in the room, which we got them changed immediately (the room service staff was quick and politely changed fresh pillows for us, which had helped in its service rating). Then, the next morning, after waking up from the bed, we realised that all of us were bitten by bed bugs. We didn't report it to the hotel though. We just sprayed the beds with insect repellant that protected us from further bug attack.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Perhaps should improve on maintaining the usability of the Gym facilities which is in a sorry state (should repair any broken equipment).

PRO:
1. The breakfast was good and at par with our expectation.
2. The bed and pillow was to our liking.
3. Near to Cherating where we love having "Satar Trengganu" at Pantai Mak Nik.
4. The room was clean and well kept.

CON:
1. The room is too small to move around especially when we request for an additional bed.
2. Front Office staff need to be more courteous. We need to ask for our directions to the room (although there were signage- yet too far to be noticed).
3. Although the room is "Non Smoking" room, yet when we enter, the smell of cigarates was non bearable, in fact we have to request for the air freshner from the house keeping dept.

the time i arrived there was no electicity.. during the 2 days there's no light at the coridor... just nice!

Staff cant communicate in simple English becomes a problem when asking for direction to hotel and recomemdation for activities. Room is too cramp for 2 single beds not much walking space.

Lot of things need to request like toilet tissue, soap and shampoo.

Breakfast was poor.

Very basic...value for money. The room is okay. But the sea view is nice....I love the view at the same time watching my kids enjoying themselves at the playground just outside the room.

Hotel should display all activity which is happening at the reception area. Karaoke rm should be open and make known to hotel guest. Rooms are well maintain and very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the accomodation here.

More facilities should be provided for the guest. Prayer room will be needed by muslim guest. Cows should be control not to enter hotel compound. The room was seem to be quite comfortable in every aspects.

facility is limited so make the place feel boring and there is not safety precautions at sea side unlike awana kijal that you can actually learn and study their good points.

Hotel amenities were adequate and value for money.
