Staff were friendly and courteous- Upon arrival room was not clean especially the bathroom - the toilet was not clean - pedastel was covered with urine drippings - there was hair on the towel mat and the towels did not smell good - there was a dead fly squashed into one of the towels- Left a note for cleaning staff next day and it was cleaned very well
