Suitable for: Families

The stay was fine except the staff seemed to be a little unorganized. We asked for a cot the first night when we checked in around 2pm and had to phone the desk at 10pm when we returned ti the hotel. We then went for a bite to eat before retiring and had to stop at the front desk and get the clerk to call someone to bring us a cot.
