We used this hotel to take our 2 young children to enjoy somethings that weren't West Edmonton mall and to do some shopping for our new house. The hotel is close to south common and other shopping locations. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide although it did get a little crowded. The pool did close unexpectadly which disappointed the kids but it did reopen the following day.
The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and a Denny's was right next door. We ate there a few times and even did "take-out" which was hot and also tasty. Thanks for a nice trip.

Confirmed for a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. Most uncomfortable sleep I ever had in a hotel. I am asmathic. They couldn't do anything for me that night. They offered to call another hotel. I had being travelling throught a storm and arrived at 11pm ( which they were aware I was arriving late) was very tired and just wanted to sleep. Did not sleep much. Very disappointed.

The hotel was clean, close to major attractions, easy to get around city from and the added free continental breakfast makes it an exceptional value.
