The breakfast room was well equipped, the food good. Having the breakfast room is a wonderful bonus to save time and money while travelling. We found the staff to be cheerfull and courteous.

Although we had identified that they were travelling with our dog we did not mention that we also had a small bird in a cage as we did not think it would be an issue. Staff would not allow the bird in the room so my family had to look elsewhere for accommodation. The staff did cancel the reservation without charge so it was not all bad. The common area of the hotel had a strong odor of tobacco smoke which was another reason that my family was not overly upset that they had to go elsewhere.
