Overall, it was a pleasant experience, hotel was located in a strategic area, easily accessible to food and the north-south highway. More suitable as a business hotel.

Hotel adverties gym. When I attempted to use it, some of the equipment was broken. There was a large water stain in the ceiling. There was no water available in the gym. The hotel was given a reservation number with a company credit card. Despite this, the room was charged to my personal credit card. The buffet breakfast does not compare favourably to other 4 star hotels in Malaysia that I've statyed in. The web site advertises broadband. This was not available in the room. The hotel staff were not able to provide me with a local ISP to use from the phone line. Since I was there for 2 weeks, I consider this to be very important and it would be one reason to consider using a different hotel.

Service in the restaurant in the evening could be much better, even a smile would do!!! For a European person....the bed was too short!
