my room was upgraded w/o being asked.

must do some upgrading for the hotel room the toilet flushing system and shower not good

Room needs to be upgraded. Furniture was o.k. but the wall paper was tattered & torn. Curtains needs to be changed too. The room had a very horrible smell of cigarette although it was on a non-smoking floor.

caters very well to the needs of both the business as well as the leisure traveller/s. Very large and spacious with a well stocked mini bar.

it felt a little old and run down, and a little depressed in the lobby. it was fine, although i wish the tv had more than just the 3 free to air channels.

When we checked in the second time ,One of the reception staff(indian male) looks like he is missing the experience to deal with credit cards because he tried two cards and both diclined and he asked a cash money ,after we got the cash money we came back and the nice lady tried the first card and it worked and we have to think what shoud we do with the cash money. Also having the lobby in the 9th floor shoud not force every body to stop there. Taking two elevators is a pain. nothing in the mini bar

I hope in future, they will be able to accomodate for last minute extension. As I have booked via holiday city, I was told that my extension rate will be charged as the hotel rate only. I hope they could also give us the promotional rate.

We had to wait till 5.45pm before we got our room ! Everyone was tired and irritated by then. fortunately, the frint desk manager, Elaine Lai was apologetic and made effort to help out. Room was dirty and baby cockcroaches were running all over the side table. Bath tub was cracked and stained. Room was old and badly maintained.

Please remind the staff to serve the customer first than they can do their own work. Basically everything was alright, but there's still some improvement could be made

the service of the staff is really poor especially during my last visit. the staffs were very rude particular the front office staffs. i had waited for more than 1 hour during check in time. they even never explain my previlleges for staying the executive room in your hotel. im only available to check in about 3.30pm. the room is ok but there is not many choice for the choice for tv channels.

The room was spacious and very comfortable.

the provided limousine service is very poor, they used Proton cars, the driver was overtired and had bad driving style, was not proper dressed and driving barefooted. not sufficient power outlets, only one plug with some dangerous extensions

A very convenient location for travellors who like to shop and eat the local food.A shuttle bu sending travellors to different shopping areas will be ideal

We were dissappointed as we have stayed here before about 6 years ago when it was good. Room was not ready when checked at 1530. When room was ready at 1600 it has still not been cleaned when we went to room.

The need to change elevators between ninth and upper floors is unfortunate.
