I was very disappointed with the services provided by the front-desk personnel & the manager in particular. I requested for slippers & bathing robe. The operator promised to deliver to my room in 5 mins, which i took the whole night waiting and yet it was still not delivered. I was expecting a call from the personnel but sadly no one even bothered to inform me that my request cannot be done that night. I tried calling back but they said they'll check for me and will give me a call. As usual, they did not do so. Determined to find out the reason why my request could not be met, i approached the manager the next morning. However, i was asked to wait while the manager attend to me shortly. It took the manager 1 hour to attend to me though. To make thing worse, the manager just say "we are sorry about it". That is the only sentence that came out from his mouth after my long waiting. I was very upset about the experience i had. This is the first time that i encounter such bad hotel experience. slippers and bathing ropes not found

This is one of the best hotels i stayed in, they provided me with additional equipments when i asked for it. It was a memorable experience. The room was really spacious, i was pleasantly surprised, and it was very clean.

The only problem that the PC in the rm cannot be use (faulty)

room service hotline staff not very friendly. breakfast buffet ordinary Generally well maintained except that kitchen cups were not washed. bed was ok but pillow too soft.

When room was cleaned and thus towels changed, we did not get hand towels, bath mats, etc. Were requested and did not recieve. Excellent room, very clean.

Apart from the location, I am happy with everything else. There are twice that the house keeping forgot to put tissue in the bathroom.

A fex bottle of water could have been free when it's no good using tap water.

The restaurant staff was especially friendly, but everyone at the hotel was very kind.

Housekeeping of this hotel is not very good. For several days of my stay there, they only cleaned our room after 2pm [and that was only after i called them]

The hotel located near to a lot amenities such as the LRT and the Mall. It is very convenient to travel to other places in KL and easy to look for food. The room is quite spacious comparing to other hotels in KL.

I had indicated during booking needed all 3 rms on same floor & one of the rm needed a king bed, yet had to wait for 1 & half hour for rms to be ready & norm available for king bed as per my booking when checked-in at 2pm. Staff agreed to let us know when rm for king bed be available but for 3 nights still no response.Rms were noisy especially when next rms are a shower. Above floors were very noisy & could hear noises.

Making coffee and tea is difficult task in the room 'cos no coffee table provided. The electric jug cable IS too short to reach the power point behind the TV.

the room needs to be painted again and in the bathroom - the bathtub should be changed as it was quite dirty and old and i didn't feel like taking bath in it. I kept the milk for my baby in the refrigerator in the morning before i left the room and when i came back the freeze was switched off by the housekeeping and i had to throw all the milk which i bought for my baby. The washbasin tap was broken from the top and to be changed immediately. The room was noisy, you could hear loud tv and music from the next room until late night.

the lifts is very irritating as it stops at almost every level during peak hours where most guests are using the lifts. My suggestion is to have lifts assigned to stop at different levels the room is pretty noisy from the sounds generated by the train transit system.

We were woken up at 0720 by concierge to check our departure time which they already had. This was also the only hotel to charge us for an extra bed when we had booked a suite. I would not stay here again. The a/c didn't work properly and we had to change rooms. Even in the new room it was still not very good.

the only inconvenience I found was that the hotel lobby is not on the ground floor but on the 9th floor. the sink in both toilets and kitchen were not working well.

The hotel staffs are very courteous.. Kudos to Mr.. Raffles and Mr. Shamren.. Keep up the good work! Housekeeeping is excellent!! Recommended!
