im so satisfied with the hospitality and the comfortness of the Legend Hotel.

The pillow sheet are bit smelly. The matress materials are hard not soft. However the staffs are friendly and the other services are good. We enjoy the Gyms and the swimming pool. Thanks

The Hotel is excellent and very good location and the room is very big. Need to replace the TV with LCD. Very easy to get the transportation arrount the city since the LRT is the enxt of the building and the Shoping also the next building. Our trip in Kuala Lumpur are very excellent and we would like to recommend the Legend Hotel to my colleague & other family since we are very impressed to stay at The Legend Hotel In Kuala Lumpur. THE LEGEND HOTEL is the best place to stay in Kuala Lumpur and for sure We will be back to stay this wonderful Hotel.

I was dispointed with evening meals at the restaurant Presentation was excellent, but the italian food was very bland

Good foods and good service this hotel is mostly suitable for business travelers as it is located near PWTC, staff is friendly, for families with children I would recommend a system of coupons for breakfast, so that they may have 4 breakfasts(2adults+2kids) at a time and go out to enjoy local breakfast. We had to pay extra for breakfast for our daughter during our stay while we did not get on the last day due to early departure. We operate "Pallagino" the best rated small resort in Mauritius and we know for fact few small details do make big differences.

The Executive Sweet was great. Plenty of room to move around in. Had two single beds, with a couch and coffee table. Being able to smoke in this room was good as it saved having to go down to the lobby for one like some other hotels. This room was on the seventeenth floor which offered some good views of the city. May need to bring your own pillow if you don't like really big pillows though. The staff here couldn't be more helpful. They were friendly and polite. The concierge were quick to help with the luggage and help with getting Taxi's for us. There's a multi level shopping centre at the base of this hotel which makes it handy to buy food, clothes, etc.

Please provide free wifi. My hotel room doesn't have any internet connection. The given star rating of legend hotel was not reflected by the poor internet facility. Even a lot of other much much poorer rated hotels nowadays provide free internet connection (usually wifi). I don't think I have to state how many stars the legend was rated at. Still truth to be said other than that all is excellent. Please upgrade the internet facility and be aware of what the other hotels much lower rated are providing.

The most valuable experience ever!!

Although I had requested for interconnecting rooms, on arrival we were told that none was avaliable. Housekkeping staff need to be more people friendly. I would like to commend Mr. Ritchie Florentine our waiter for breakfast. His PR and service qualities were excellent. Legend Hotel is fortunate to have personnel like him.

Rooms need a door bell
Rooms doesn't need the bath tubs nowdays because not all bath tubs is clean,some bath tubs is old and not so clean.Suggestion, remove the bath tubs and change it a shower room such as rain shower with sliding glass doors.
Most 4 star hotels have change to LCD tv.It will be good to upgrade to LCD tv and add more Programs such as sports channels and Movies,Not enough programs.
Wireless internet should come as complimentary since most of the 2,3, or some 4 stars hotels is giving free wireless internet.This will be good and more business people will stay in the hotel.
Room doesn't smell nice, should add in some nice fragrance.
The rest is ok but I will check out the deluxe rooms next visit.

Mostly all positive points:

The hotel bell boy at the ground floor and the shuttle driver (9th June, 7.30pm) must be commented for their professional attitude. I couldn't recall their names but I do recognise them. these two gentlemen are very professional, very sincere and very helpful too.

the room was excellent, the staffs, at front desk, restaurants, concierge, bell boys, room service (all staffs) were excellent too. the location was great. Also quite easy to get to city area by commuter train nearby.

Each time I visit KL, Legend Hotel is my always choice. Apart from spacious room, the location is very ideal as the LRT is just next door. The buffet breakfast is also the best compared to the other hotels in Malaysia that I have visited. With friendly staff around and prompt service, Legend hotel will always remain as our second home in KL.

Though I had requested for a non smoking room, I was given a smoking room due to none availability of non smoking room. After my checked in and further dealing with the front desk, I was told that they would try to get me one the next day. I then got in touch with the hotel assistant manager (Mr. Ari) who promptly upgraded me to a non smoking room.
I then found the air conditioner there in was not working properly, Mr. Ari also organized to get it fixed promptly.

Though I only intended to stay for 3 nights initially. I ended up extending my stay for a further 9 nights due to the most proficient customer service provided by Mr. Ari and other hotel's staff.

Many thank you to Mr Ari and the staff for making my stay in KL more enjoyable and pleasant.

A Philipino waiter in the restaurant made me feel very welcome at the restaurant during breakfast as he knew I was on my own.

Great location as the Putra LRT station is just next to the hotel. We don't have to rely on taxis as the LRT system is very commuter-friendly. The free hotel shuttle service was very convenient, too.

The mall found within the hotel building provided some satisfactory shopping.

We did not get to try the breakfast as it's not included in the rate but the room service we ordered for supper was fast and the food was ok, too.
