THIS IS NO DOUBTS A NICE LUXURY HOTEL WITH ALL THE REQUIRED AMENITIES & FACILITIES. ON THE FIRST DAY WE ORDERED OUR LUNCH VIA ROOM SERVICE WHICH DID NOT ARRIVE AFTER A LONG TIME HOWEVER, WHEN I COMPLAINED TO SOME SENIOR PERSON IN THE FOOD DEPARTMENT THE COMPLAINT WAS HANDLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WE WERE ALSO OFFERED COMPLIMENTARY FOOD. I GIVE THIS HOTEL 9 / 10.

The mini bar was not fully stocked on our arrival and we were asked to pay for the missing items that we had not used
