GREAT HOTEL

ME & MY FAMILY HAD A WONDERFUL STAY / VACATION AT THE HOTEL. THIS IS NO DOUBTS A NICE LUXURY HOTEL WITH ALL THE REQUIRED AMENITIES & FACILITIES.
ON THE FIRST DAY WE ORDERED OUR LUNCH VIA ROOM SERVICE WHICH DID NOT ARRIVE AFTER A LONG TIME HOWEVER, WHEN I COMPLAINED TO SOME SENIOR PERSON IN THE FOOD DEPARTMENT THE COMPLAINT WAS HANDLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WE WERE ALSO OFFERED COMPLIMENTARY FOOD.
I GIVE THIS HOTEL 9 / 10.

We thought the admission to the park was included as that is what atracted us to your hotel. The mini bar was not fully stocked on our arrival and we were asked to pay for the missing items that we had not used
