very disappointed with the check in. we arrived after 3 hrs from the airport at about 12.30am, there was only one staff at the reception and 7 of us , i did not get my keys till 1.20am, standing in the cold.he took such a long time . also my booking was canceled! the hotel had to re issue! i don't know how this can happened . i was told that breakfast was from 6 am. on monday 12 july i was at the restaurant at 6.30 and had my breakfast as the food was ready. however, someone approached me and asked me if i had registered. she was very unfriendly and makes me feel i was a trespasser.she told me breakfast starts at 7. it was almost 7 already. i did not continue my breakfast and walked out. this is no way to treat a guest. i should have been told by the many staff preparing breakfast that it is not open yet. after having my food and waiting for coffee, i was interrogated by a fierce looking staff. very bad experience at the cabanas. reception staff not friendly.
