The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful, and a perfect start to a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to all the tourist points of interest. A short walk to the Seine and the river boat taxis, so all of Paris is accessable. Wonderful holiday.

It is not clear why steam sauna is available only before 6 or 6.30 pm (I do not remember exactly). For busy traveller there is no chance to use this facility after hours. 2. The keyboard in the internet room is awful. Some keys are missing, so in some situations, say, to sign a password on such french-style keyboard is not a simple task

Room was clean and tidy and was quite adequate.

Appreciated the freeinternet and fax service. We got caught up in the Gay hold up in the city and the extreme effort the two men went to in getting us a taxi to catch our plane on time was really appreciated. David and Helen. We thought the room was ideal for our purpose,somewhere clean and comfortable. Having a balcony with a view of the street and fresh air was appreciated

Very expensive breakfast, but who eats those anyway.... attractively decorated. Great bathroom and separate toilet room.
