This hotel was in a perfect location for us. The reception staff (the only ones we met) were very helpful. The only down was the lift was out-of-order on the day we arrived and we were on the 5th floor. They brought our bags up and the lift was fixed the following day. Would definitely stay there again but would request a bigger room. Would definitely recommend it to my friends - many of whom travel to Paris quite frequently.

we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sully Saint Germain Paris. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful, and a perfect start to a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to all the tourist points of interest. A short walk to the Seine and the river boat taxis, so all of Paris is accessable. Wonderful holiday.

It is very nice hotel in convenient location, good value for this money, although there are some points to be mentioned.

1. It is not clear why steam sauna is available only before 6 or 6.30 pm (I do not remember exactly). For busy traveller there is no chance to use this facility after hours.

2. The keyboard in the internet room is awful. Some keys are missing, so in some situations, say, to sign a password on such french-style keyboard is not a simple task

The reception staff were very helpful in giving advice. Room was clean and tidy and was quite adequate.

We thought the lift was cute, but efficient.The lounge was comfortable. Appreciated the freeinternet and fax service. We got caught up in the Gay hold up in the city and the extreme effort the two men went to in getting us a taxi to catch our plane on time was really appreciated. David and Helen. We thought the room was ideal for our purpose,somewhere clean and comfortable. Having a balcony with a view of the street and fresh air was appreciated

Similar to many in the area. Very expensive breakfast, but who eats those anyway.... attractively decorated. Great bathroom and separate toilet room.

The hotel and staff were excellent.A good location to see Paris from, i would recomend the hotel to friends. Bedroom was ok but the bed needed a new mattress.

Front desk staff does not know to give directions for a good restaurant. Room 15 was wonderful(size and comfort).

We were not aware that breakfast would be extra on the bill, and it was extremely expensive for what it was. Also the jacuzzi was extra money which was a bit much consideringi how much we were paying. Clean comfortable and attractive. However, a lot smaller than anything that was advertised on the website.

The decor was lovely but I found the shower very hard to move around in as it was extremely small.

The Staff were brilliant and all of them had good English. It was five minutes walk from Notre Dame which was perfect. The room was perfect and had everthing we requested such as balcony, to the front of the hotel and high up.

staff very friendly and efficient, very welcoming and I would certainly book the hotel again.

Room was not serviced on one of the days of our stay. No clean towels - bed not made etc. Pleasing decor. Would have prefered a larger bed - but did not ask for this.

The room was decorative and clean but way too small, even for a single traveler.

Very small, quietr and clean. Ecellent cleaning staff. New sheets every day.

Good service and helpful staff. Excellent location. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated.

Access to the room was via a spiral staircase, slight difficulty with a large case, but it added to the quaint charm of an excellent hotel
