The hotel is in an excellent location for walks and access to the city. The Blue Cat ( free bus ) stop is only 20 yards away and runs into the city every 15 minutes. The staff are very pleasant and the hotel is very clean. I would stay again without hesitation.

I had a very memorable n fruitful stay at this hotel. It is so centrally located within the city n with the Cats buses transportation is excellent. Ambience of this hotel is pleasing n stff pleasant n cheerful with 4star service.Rooms are clean,too. What needs to look into is carpark space..... I would certainly recommend my friends to put up at this Hotel n pricing kind...too..cheers to yr stff....

the deluxe room which we booked was comfortable and the location of the hotel to the city was good. The only recommendations which we could suggest would be to block out the sunlight more and have double glazed windows as the road noise was a bit loud. The staff were friendly and the courtesy bikes are a great idea. The pool area was very nice also.

My expectations were met. The staff are friendly and the food although it's expensive (which I believed everywhere you go, they're the same), it's worth every dime. I met with one of the waiter (Adam is the name ) and he's really courteous and friendly.
The only thing I wish the bar has is cranberry juice or at least red bull, since these two are the only thing I drink mixed with vodka.
other than this, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others and most likely I'll be back in the near future too.

The reception staff very friendly and helpful. Just outside the hotel, there is a Blue Cat Bus that goes to the city. Very good location.

We had a delux room with balcony which was large with a fantastic view of the Perth city skyline. A little noisy on the balcony but you expect that in a city - could have done with some furniture on the balcony though - we used some from the room. Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast if a little expensive. Location was brilliant - short walk to the city and the jetty, Kings park just behind - we used the free bikes. Pool area small but not busy and free towels supplied - we loved it!

Didn't get room we asked for even though we booked 6 months prior to our trip. We specifically asked for twin single beds which weren't provided. The only solution provided was for one of us to sleep on a fold out bed. On top of this the bathroom hadn't been cleaned on our arrival and it wasn't done till the next day. On our final day the bathroom sink became blocked.

No effort made by management to address any of the above issues. The manager of the hotel was supposed to call and discuss but as of two weeks after returning we have not heard from them.

Overall the hotel itself is nice and the location good. The staff we courteous and did make an attempt to help us, however the above makes it difficult to recommend this hotel.

For the rate of $120 per night, we would have been able to stay at a better hotel in the city centre, from previous experience. Perhaps because it is next to a hospital, it is convenient for families. It is not pleasant to wake up early in the morning to have the room smell of sausages cooking - we did notify front desk and the problem was rectified, in that, the service was prompt. Thank you.

Very clean and tidy for our stop over good value for money. Idela as a stop over hotel but not fro a long period. nice very friendly staff

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpfull. The facilities, the laundry, pool and restaurent were great.

Run down, no iron/board in the room, no room service delivery, slow internet Size did not allow for effective business work

I often work on a PC at the desk or table in the room at night. VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH MANY HOTELS - HOPELESSLY INSUFFICIENT LIGHT IN THIS AREA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL IT NEEDS IS A SMALL DESK LAMP. Everything else is generally OK

No hairdryer in room despite it being advertised as having one. At least there was one I cold borrow from reception.

Hair dryer was broken

The oool was being repaired The room was well equipped and maintained

We had to pay $130 a night, compare this to Abbey Beach resort for $109 where we had a big room, own kitchen and a balcony. But perhaps these were city prices. The $85 we paid on our last night was much more in line with the room we got in our first 4 nights, even though Irma kindly upgraded us. Thank you Very small room even for 2 people, could hardly swing a cat
