Good place to relax

Sudima Hotel is located at Lake Rotorua. There are many interesting places near by the hotel e.g. tracking course around the lake, golf course, government garden, spa, etc. They are very convenient to relax.

Restaurent staff need training in international standards of waiting, especially being aware of a customers requirements. A common tendency was to look but not see, ask but not listen. Looking very "tired".
