Recommends to provide combination lock for the security safe. When the aircon is switched on in the living room, the temperature in the two bedrooms is not cold.

We felt really hot when we went down to the receptionist area. Consider for ceiling fan or other better type. TV did not function coz no cable at all is connected

Except for the breakfast , which is actually not even one as the spread is lousy. The staff manning the breakfast is also adamant in not receiving feedback from customer.

There was a funny smell in the rooms.

My only complaint is the need for Broadband Internet access for a period shorter than one month. (My stay was for 2 weeks).

1. On arrival, our checking in was very slow. There was just one staff at the counter...she also told us that what was confirmed through HolidayCity (by credit card) was not guaranteed. We did not get a King Size bed in one room as was 'confirmed' by HolidayCity. We were very comfortable there, thank you!

Staff very responsive to requests for assistance. Green carpet and dark woodwork give an otherwise pleasant room a very dated atmosphere.

The breakfast provided had not much variety and we realize the hotel are lack of manpower. No doubt the food taste is not bad,but the service is not so. Eg. not enough plates and cups. Why only one TV remote control provided?

The gym appeared unhygienic (there was the smell of cigarette smoke), the provided breakfast was just acceptable in taste and variety, & the travel/tour desk was unhelpful in getting us a taxi. Otherwise, we got good service from the reception, the shuttle bus driver, the people working in the operations room (when we asked how to get to Mont Kiara), the room service staff and the staff in charge of the dining area where breakfast was served. The air-con, when on, was loud & aking some sounds, esp in the early hours of the morning when sleeping (I was woken up).

kiasu package is very worthwhile. normal rate is quite expensive i would like to suggest for changing the carpet.thank you

It is difficult to get cabs that area and when you ask the staff to help you get a cab they do not even know the cab telephone no. Nearly missed our bus because of lack of knowledge and not so helpful. Breakfast was terrible. It is funny how they change curtains one day before checking out.

Breakfast was worst I have ever seen in Asia. Old, obviously over used appliances and cutlery, cooking tools, etc means you would never use it as a serviced apartment.
