If the hotel can provide return shuttle from KLCC is more better. For food wise, there is no small "warung" around the area.

Instead of one way, return to hotel with next bus at drop off post will be convenience for the guest.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel location is bit far from KLCC, but the shuttle service from the hotel was helpful. The breakfast was so so. Not much of varities. My family really loved the room. It was clean and huge. The bed was comfortable.

Didnt expect the apartment will be so big...good for families...amenities are just around the corner...short distance to klcc...friendly porter n concierge service...

Nomad Sucasa is a great accomodation for families with kids. the apartment style so close to city is a bonus. rooms are spacious with tvs is each room and the hall.only setback for the 2bedroom apartment i stayed in was that there was only 1 bathroom. otherwise i loved the whole experience there. parking is free. driving there is a ease as well as its close to highways. twin towers is 1.6km away (3 mins by car).

We stayed at the Sucasa as we had to be at the Gleneagles Medical Centre early the next morning. This hotel is ideally situated for that but also for central KL. It is only a short taxi ride from KLCC.

On arrival the hotel is very impressive and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient, we checked in within minutes and were taken straight up to our apartment. There were three of us so we had a 2 bedroom apartment which was surprisingly spacious and had 1 twin and 1 double bedded en-suite rooms plus lounge/dining kitchen. The whole apartment was very well equipped and I can imagine spending a week there very comfortably.

The bistro serves first class food and provides a very good buffet breakfast. There is a large pool which we didn't have time to enjoy.

Overall I would highly recommend this out-of-the-ordinary hotel and we will definitely stay there again whenever we are in KL.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO TWIN TOWER AND WE SAW THE NEW YEAR FIRE WORKS RIGHT FROM OUR ROOM WITH OUR KIDS. ALSO THE STAFF SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. FOR ANY VALUE THIS HOTEL IS TOO GOOD.

room had a twin tower view. toilte was very large and well facilitate. television facilities was good.cooking utensil was enough.

This was the first visit to Kuala Lumpur (KL) with my family. We stayed in a two bed room apartment for about a week - August 2008. Since our arrival at the reception till the time of checking-out, our stay remained comfortable. My kids feel staying at home and enjoyed the visit a lot as we visited different places in the morning and when came back to home (Sucasa), find friendly and homely atmosphere to relax and regain energies for the next day visit.

My sincere suggestions are upgrading of the reception/lobby area, considering installation of speedy lifts and addition of few more entertainment TV channels.

Overall, we had a memorable stay and should we visit KL again, Sucasa will be considered.

Before I booked, it was stated in the website that hotel currently underoing renovation and completing in Nov 2007. Unfortunately the renovation was still ongoing when I was there (12-14 Dec 2007), causing inconvenience to guests.

There were also not enough seats available in the restaurant when we went down for our breakfast.

However, I will still go back to this apartment as it always offer the best interms of value among other apartments in KL.

Our lock was jammed and we waited outside on the floor with 2 small children while they fixed it - it took some time before we had to ask to be put in a spare room while it was done. Other than that the staff were wonderful and helpful. even with 2 samll children there was enough space.

Judging from the dirtiness of room, it is not value for money. The room is filthy. It has cockroaches everywhere and when I request for room tidying, there's no one there to do it.

The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that my particular has a lot of cockroach.

The apartment had alot of cockcroaches. Something needs to be done about it.

Kitchen amenities are old and drawers has smell of cockroach/insect.
