It was an excellent experience and adventurer, the resort is located at a strategic area, the landscape is wonderful and atmosphere very friendly, the weather is fantastic, it's cold and fresh air. I would recommend anyone to stay at Strawberry resort & Spa.

Staff were extremely helpful a courteous. Hotel was showing some signs of tiredness and could possibly benefit from some renovation.

Eating and drinking were rather expensive and the table service was rather slow and did not seem to be able to cope with a selection of meals for 4 people. All main meals did not arrive at the same time and the result was some ate cold food as they waited for other main meals to arrive.

We would certainly go there again for a short break

Ur staff are very friendly n pleasant. So its a nice change form other malaysian resorts. But service in the thai restaurant on the sunday 24jun was a bad on. we were made to wait 25mins for a table when 4 other empty tables were avail. Ur capt on tt nite was not very helpful nor pleasant but the chef saved the nite with his delightful cooking It wud be nice if u have a microwave oven inthe room as most guest like me hav babies. It wud be handy to warm up our baby food.

Albeit clean, the bed and items in the room should be upgraded. They are rather old already.

Water heater at shower room are not functioned. The other are ok.

Swimming pool small and very cold. Food in restaurant very good and not at all expensive. Location very very good, for older people maybe not (on a hill) Very large room, you can easily get around with 4 or 5 adults. Bathroom could be cleaner. Nice view.

Waited for 50 minutes for the rooms to be cleaned before checked in. No signboard leading to the hotel on the main for car drivers from Brinchang town to Tanah Rata. Only managed to see signboards leading to the hotel from the opposite direction, when we turned back from Tanah Rata to Brinchang. Bathroom towels not in place when checked in. Only provided upon request.

swiming pool-unheated, Restaurant expansive and tasteless, avoid their set meal at all cost.

The room was great, just that the flowers at the balcony can be maintained to look better. Overall, I was happy with the room.

For the price we paid, we expected better facilities Bathroom had mould on tiles

The room is quite dark and old. Lack of TV programs

The service was very bad. The front line staff especially should go for customer service training.

Some lights do not work; water leaking from ceiling of bathroom to hand basin; WC does not always flush efficiently and water pressure is low. Also there should be a supply of dish washing liquid to facilitate washing of cups/saucers adn at elast a dish rag for cleaning & drying. during booking, we were informed that the one-bedroom apt has two queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. However upon checking in there was only one queen-sized bed and no sofa bed but only a small sofa which is too small to be a bed!

it would be great if the hotel can include some more vegiterian dishes in their food menu like chapati. dal etc

Sofa and dining sets need to be replaced.

Strange how there is no heater or electric blankets available at that sort of temperature!
