May I send my warmest thanks to one of your housekeeper Ms Alla, she is so helpful when we facing with difficulty in boiling coffee. She would take the trouble to find for us another coffee pot and seeing we have four sharing, she even offer us sufficient coffee packets. This is the warmth of services we as customers looking forward to. Again, thanks to Alla.
Happy Working in Strathcone Hotel.

The only exceptions is that hotel shud provide us compliment breakfast.
