Have stayed here over many years and the service/facilites have improved. Staff are helpfull and friendly and the room is clean. many thank's.

This was a great hotel and the location is wonderful and centrally located to a variety of activities/locations/underground stops/etc.

Nothing to complain about apart from every time we visit the bar staff seem aloof verging on the miserable.

The location is very good. But the hotel looks old and is not "a bit tired". The staff needs to smile more. In many other hotels I feel more welcome.

Very busy hotel staff courteous but rushed slight difficulty finding room initially as ambiguous signing on walls.Continental breakfast poor for the price.

A most convenient location - only disappointment was size of room and outlook into office building. glad to be able to open the window. Privacy compromised by office building across the lane. Room had stale smell.

Both the staff at reception and the concierge were really helpful and exceeded our expectations. Our meal and service in the Brasserie was also really good. We were suprised however that housekeeping started knocking at the door at 8am when the checkout time was noon. We didn't expect to have to put the DND on the door as other hotels where we have stayed just for one night haven't been in a rush for us to leave. It would have made sense for someone to check if we had checked out before trying to make up the room. The room was of a good standard for the price paid, although the bathroom was a little tired. We were only able to get warm water from the shower in the morning which was disappointing.

To hot - impossible to cut the heating. Bathroom dirty and the equipment used and not good working

I have stayed for both leisure and business and the aminities and location are good for both. Small room, good amenities and great location.

THE HOTEL WAS REALLY CLEAN AND THE STAFF VERY HELPFULL. THE ROOM WAS REALLY CLEAN AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF CLEAN TOWELS AND BEDDING INTHE WARDROBE.

Great location. Easy to get to room. Ice was provided for free which is good! Window was very dirty. Noise on street was a bit disturbing.

too businesslike attitude of the hotel clerks It was a little moldy, not comfortable when you stay at the room long.

Breakfast rather expensive - GBP10.95 Continental and GBP13.95 cooked - but then everything in London is outrageously expensive!

Hotel is based in an excellent location of London (easily accessible too). The Hotel staff were polite, helpful and professional. Good, clean and nice standard with excellent facilities and service.
