Situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, the completely refurbished Chateau Beachside has taken on an appropriate beach theme in appearance and offers its guests superb views of the Surfers Paradise Beaches directly below.

Yes, baby cot is available at AU$5.50 per cot per night (min hire AU$11).

Q1.  What are the differences between the room types?(If there are more than one room type)
Hotel room - tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar fridge and ensuite. Ceiling fan. Studio - semi divided bedroom, combined lounge, dining and kitchen with micro and hotplates, ensuite and ducted airconditioning Corner Suite Separate bedroom, combined lounge, dining and kitchen most with full oven plus ensuite. Ceiling fan.
Q2.  Is Chateau Beachside provided with inter-connecting rooms?
Hotel and 1 bedroom suites interconnect.
Q3.  Are handicapped/disabled rooms available?
Full access to all areas and facilities but there are steps in to the pool. We do not have specific disabled rooms.
Q4.  Is air-conditioning available?
Our studios have ducted airconditioning, there are around 44.

Transfers
Q1.  How distant is the city centre from Chateau Beachside? (In Kilometers/Miles)
Opposite the beach. 40 minutes drive MW and DW and Wet n Wild, 15 mins SW .
Q2.  How distant is the airport? (In Kilometers/Miles)
Brisbane 1.25 hours and Coolangatta 40 mins driving.
Q3.  Can guests seek assistance to arrange for airport transfers through the hotel?
No, Brisbane Airport $35 each way on Coachtrans bus plu Coolangatta airport $14 in a bus one way and $24 return. Taxi approx $45 each way.
Q4.  How much is a taxi from the airport to the hotel?
$45 to Coolangatta and $120 to Brisbane Seaworld approx $12 for the others a bus is $15 return per adult, child $8 and family (2a2c) $40 return. This can be booked at the desk.
Q5.  Can you give the detailed directions from the Airport to your hotel?
Take the No 1. National highway.
