the staff were fantastic. As two girls who knew very little about the city, we could not have asked for better guidance.

The hot water runningout too fast.

we would like to thank staff for minding our luggage once we'd checked out it was good to see a maini bar coming soon.

Hotel is situated handy to city, within walking distance. We did not expect to have kitchen facilities. This was a bonus.

Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I hope to stay with you again in July or August when next in Sydney.

People at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I felt poor was hot water pressure of a shower. It was enough at first but getting faint. Anyway, except this point, the room is big enough and all things were very lovely and pleasant.

Although location and service are very good, it is the noisiest place I have ever been to, cleaning trucks coming at 4am/5am every day (including weekend and Public Holidays) and waking up the whole building and making it impossible to sleep there. Bed felt broken, it would slide to one side.

continental breakfast was too expensive so we did not buy it. We needed earplugs because of the traffic. A good location if you like to walk and we walked a lot.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely large room, but noisy especially at night. There were ear plugs provided by the hotel! Kept giving us only one washcloth and one handtowel in addition to two bath towels for two people.

The bed was a "double." It was really only two twin mattresses pushed together. Not my idea of comfortable.

The only problem was the pain of parking but that is to be expected in the middle of Sydney. More info on local transport options, restaurants in the vicinity of the apartments and services such as doctors or other essentials would be useful. Generally pleasant stay and good service though. Would appreciate more coathangers and perhaps some method of hanging clothes that have been washed but can't go in a dryer. Mugs as well as cups would be appreciated. A telephone connection near the table would be very useful. I work while I am away and having the phone near the bed was a pain in the neck.
