The hotel room was excellent, large and clean. Location was good too. Staff very helpful. The ambience could be improved but the hotel is in an old building. Overall a good experience.

My stay was great. The breakfast included,was very good, in the same way it was the apartment. I was 10 days before at Star City, and thought that Stellar would not be the best, but for my surprise I liked there much more than the first one!

And I would recommend it for sure.

We stayed at the Stells on both occasions we were in Sydney recently.

I would recomend this hotel to anyone seeking a good base from which to explore Sydney.

The Anzac Memorial and the Botanic Gardens which lead to Circular Quay and the Opera House are all within walking distance.

When we return to Australia in 2008, we will be very dissappointed if we cannot stay at the Stellar Hotel.

The rooms have a kitchen and a supply of tea, coffee and milk. A fridge and basic cooking facilty is an asset if you are english and like good tea. The staff were very helpfull and friendly and the hotel has a real happy hour i.e. 2 drinks for the price of one. Located 2 minute from Museum station, you can get to Circular Quay in 4 minutes and Central Sytaion in 5. China town is walkable as is little Italy. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful so in all a good hotel at a good price.

Next time we come to Sydney, this is where we'll be staying. The attention from Daniel and his Staff was superb. Made our time there very enjoyable. Thanks again. The room was perfect. Excellent.

Someones toenails in drawer. Left open when room serviced but not noticed. Generally clean and tidy. Lots of minibar items, ie choc bars had expired. Friendly helpful staff on front desk.

Internet availabilty. Good location to walk to city centre. Quiet. Rather dim lighting would be the only criticism of the Hotel.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. It was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. Very comfortable and attractive.

Some noise from street outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Let us have our room ealier than usual check-in time, which was very welcome after a long journey. Within walking distance of many attractions and rail station - very convenient.
