The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. I only wished they had complimentary transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Great views, great entertainment, GREAT NIGHT!!!

However when we tried to check into the apartment at 3 check in was 1 hour late which was inconveniencing as the 27th was day light savings we lost another 1hour for the room. Therefor the use of the room was cut short by 2hhours.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. For the two bedroom apartment, the double bed in the other bedroom is quite small which is difficult to accomodate two adults.

We could walk to Darling Harbour and just go downstairs to catch the bus. Everything was very handy. A few suggestions that I would make for the hotel however would be: 1. Have directions available for the washer and dryer so the customer knows how to run them when needed. 2. Have more dishes, pots and pans etc in the kitchen. For a family of 5 there just wasn't enough of this type of thing. 3. Perhaps make the snacks and beverage complimentary with just the one fill up for the whole time the customer is staying. We were starved and couldn't see paying $6.00 Au for a cookie! Everything else was great. The staff and concierge were awesome and always went out of there way to help us with anything that we needed. Keep up the good work. Kingwood, Texas USA
