It has good transport to and fro to Uptown and downtown. The staff and room cleanliness could not be faulty. I would recommend the hotel to any person wishing to stay in SYdney. Excellent rooms and great facilities. We loved the new sports lounge area.

It is ideal for that. Given the full price of the rooms I did not think you got anything soecial for your money. Rooms were very clean, well presented and quiet.

WE HAD A FANTASTIC WEEKEND. HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH DIRECTIONS, AND OUR ROOM WAS VERY COMFY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO VISITS SYDNEY.

This facility is beautifully located in the Darling Harbour precinct, with easy access to public transport, Sydney CBD, China Town, Paddy's Market and the Fish Market in nearby Pyrmont. The apartments are well appointed and maintained and deserve their star rating. Highly recommend as an option, for any visitor to Sydney.

The staff was friendly and allocated us a room with disabled appropriate bathrooms etc. The hotel etc was very easy for her to negotiate and make her way around. We ate in several restaurants and each time the staff were extremely helpful getting her seated and comfortable. Great value hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The resort is basicaly as Casino with additional features to attract as wide a clientel as possible. We upgraded to a city view which overlooked the bridge, tower, and other city sights. Worth every penny of the extra charge. The apartment was everything we could have wished for, spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel pool is great with good views, the swimming was OK too. The childrens pool was bath like! The reservations I have are purely personal: It is a little 'yomp' to the main reception from the apartment entry. On busy evenings the walk through the bar and restaurant area on the ground floor can be slightly off putting if you have young children. My basic advice is: If you are looking for a very good quality, central location (a tram stop is situated within the hotel) and not pricey stay then I don't think you can do better!
