I enjoyed the quietness of the room. A21 bus was acceptable distance,good to get to & from airport. Staff were polite & helpful,spoke good english. Thanks, Kevin

The staff were very courteous, helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return to it in the future. The breakfast was good as well. The room & facilities were good. I was disappointed that there is not a direct connection to this hotel from the train station from the airport as other hotels have organised. It makes the trip to & from the airport more difficult & slower.

It is conveniently located for markets, shops and transport - very easy to get to trains to Shenzen for more shopping. The airport shuttle service was on time and value for money, the rooms were very comfortable and clean although a bit on the small side - we did have a lot of luggage though. I would not hesitate to recomend to anyone wanting to stay in Kowloon. We will be back.
