Recommendation:  By Mr.Stephen Luckman  Australia We had a lovely time. The location was excellent. Central and within walking distance to everything i had organised. This was one of the main features why i chose to stay at the stamford.
we went to a restaurant nearby for lunch, back to ... our room to change, then to priscilla in the desert for a live show. Everything was fantastic. We followed this with a lovely romantic candle lit dinner for two on the 35th floor of the sofitel.
we watched an excellent movie after returning to our room later on and spent a beautiful night without the kids.
next morning we had a wonderful breakfast and followed this with a full day of shopping on bridge street.
my wife had a beautiful birthday wihere everything went to plan. The service was very good, the room was clean, the setting was luxourious and the atmosphere romantic.
whilst it was a little pricey, the moment was priceless.
my only set back was the restaurant not being open on the sunday night.
most enjoyable stay and excellent finally to a wonderful weekend.
