The staff at this hotel are always pleasant and very friendly, and the hotel has a lovely ambience which is why I like to stay there, also hotel in a great location.

Upon our arrival at the Hotel, we were very pleasantly greeted by your staff. No issue was a problem and we questioned whether the room would be suitable for my mother who uses a cane. The staff was more than helpful, explaining the facilities, showing us courtesy and concern for my mother's well-being. Your staff is an exceptional collection of great people, who reach for the higher standard of care for the people who stay in your establishment.

The location was/is perfect for anyone who wants to be central to the touring, shopping, and all of the sights in Sydney.

We didn't have any food sent up on this visit, so I cannot comment on the quality of the food, but having looked at the menu, I was somewhat sorry we missed the supper.

I have highly recommended your hotel to friends, family, acquaintances, and business associates. I am planning another visit to Sydney in April and look forward to staying in your facility once again.

We choice this hotel because of the location and it lived up to our expectations.
The staff were courteous and helpful.
Our room was overlooking the Botanical Gardens and main road but the noise from the traffic was minimal.
The room and bathroom were wellmaintained and I would have no hesitation in staying again if we are ever lucky enough to visit Sydney.

There was a major event on in the Hotel for the last 3 days we were there. This took over some of the facilities (Gym Pool & Lobby ) & made the Hotel very crowded.

Breakfast coffee was served in a French Press/Cafetiere. BUT, It was not French pressed - just regular coffee that had been poured into the container, no grounds - wasn't that good either.

If a guest asks for something and the staff member says he will be straight back- that is what is expected. Perhaps staff could be encouraged to follow through and not delegate to another without ensuring that the request is fulfilled. The air conditioning intake duct in the wardrobe needs cleaning as does behind the main door to the room. These are very obvious as the standard of cleanliness elsewhere is excellent.
