The heat was not working in the room and we had to get a electric heater, still it was cold. There was sewer smell in the bathroom, it came out of the drain in the shower, so we had to keep water running in the shower

The room was a little small. last time was better on the 6th floor......!

I had to take a cab and pay three times as much.
