It took long time to coffe machine in the brekfast room to make coffe. The heat was not working in the room and we had to get a electric heater, still it was cold. There was sewer smell in the bathroom, it came out of the drain in the shower, so we had to keep water running in the shower

The hotel is a crowdy place, never before I stayed in line to check in This is an advice to your agency: you need to inform a traveller that singe rooms in this hotel are very small, one cannot even turn around there

They prepare for us a room on the 12th floor . The room was a little small. last time was better on the 6th floor......!

HOtel staff was not very helpful- did not try hard to get a shuttle to airport for me. I had to take a cab and pay three times as much.
