Carlton, Jessica, (blonde girl sorry can't remeber her name they were all very helpful, the breakfast was good and the availability of the internet was fantastic. I did not look at spa/pool area so not sure what its like, the room was wonderful and comfortable. I stayed at places in L.A and San Diego on this trip and Springhill is easily a cut above the places I stayed in
