We found the bed soft and we rolled into the centre. I found it bizarre to have Christmas decorations in the lobby at the first of March. I would have expected some spring like atmosphere. It was like someone did not acre about when the job got done. Room service was not good. Food was not hot and coffee and juice did not come with the continental. The person taking the order did not listen well. When I ordered an a la carte menu with the Continental , she asked if I wanted coffee and juice with it.I answered " not with the a la carte item, but yes with the continental. None arrived. There were no condiments with the egg. I even said that I would like eggs easy over IF IT COULD ARRIVE HOT, if not, I would take scrambled. So my cool easy over eggs with no salt , pepper or ketchup were not really enjoyable. When the server went back to get all the missing items, I believe the eggs should have gone back as well. TOAST WAS COLD WITH LITTLE BUTTER ON IT. Overall the room service was not a good experience. Everything else about the visit was fine. Desk staff members were helpful.

The Hotel was in a very good location. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend friends to stay at this location. The room was very clean and quiet.
