This was the 1st time I did not book a conventional hotel to stay in Singapore as all our Corporate Hotels were fully booked. While browsing through the website, I came across Somerset Orchard! Wow, was I the lucky one... My entire business trip cum small holiday was extremely pleasant. From the time I booked online till check in and out, was a great experience. I have been travelling since forever and if it means anything, as a traveller who has stayed in 3,4,5, and 6 stars hotels, I am putting my speacial brand of approval on Holiday City and Somerset Orchard. I brought my sister along on this trip as I told her that i booked a studio room and I would have lots of space. Imagine, to our surprise, we were upgraded to the Executive catagory which was fantastic! We didn't know we would be this lucky. Let me tell you that our Apartment/residence was really spacious. It had 2 rooms instead of 1 and I did not disturb my sister when I got up early for my meetings as she had her own room. I also brought my Customer up to view and she said she will be recommending Somerset Orchard to her company as their corporate hotel. We were all so impressed. On top of all that, the service was 5 STAR. The Front Office staff were fantastic. I would even say almost perfect. They really made us feel at home. 1. A slight disadvantage on the breakfast dining as the "Guest Longe" is a bit too small. Not much breakfast varieties although tastefully cooked. Reminded me of "Grandmother's cooking". Just a few select dishes but done with care. 2. A couple of the bellmen were a bit unpleasant. Guess I didn't care about the minor setbacks. The Front Office and the room really made up for everything. I would strongly recommend Somerset Orchard. I will stay here on my next visit and so will my other colleagues after they heard of my great experience here.

HOTEL LOCATION IS EXCELLENT.STAFFS WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.WILL NOT HESITATE TO COME AGAIN.
