We were then put in (RM21) a nice apartment but we had trouble with the air con. not working properly not to mention the continual noise of the machinery unit outside our b/room /toilet.The next morning my husband woke up to a bedbug attatched to him. We told reception and they said house keeping would look into it.By this stage we had just given up and decided to make the most of an unfortunate situation and just enjoy your fabulous city.We were given a complimentry breakfast and the lovely Asian receptionist did ask if we were happy.

Quick response to request for replacement of faulty lightbulb. Pleasant room, bathroom a bit small - nowhere to put all your bathroom gear or to hang towels, but otherwise very pleasant. Lovely to have a complimentary bottle of wine on New Year's eve!

I found the room to be very dark,and very cold.
