I was very surprised and disappointed to be charged almost $70 for parking, which was not communicated to me until my departure. I find the charging of paying guests exhorbitant parking fees, without any prior information outrageous.

Although reception staff were very good we did have to wait 45 minutes one night to get in to the hotel. Deluxe studio did not seem any different to the normal rooms.

at time of stay there was a renovation going on causing a messy appearance, most staff appeared desinterested in their guests no daily cleaning

The Staff were lovely and ettremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, even at the last minute. The Shower door was leaking water onto the floor. The renovated room was beautiful. There was no ash tray in the room even though it was a smoking room. We ahd to call reception to bring one up!

Hotel located minutes from Hyde Park, city centre and rail station (ten minutes to Sydney Harbour). Plenty of room to store suitcases etc. Housekeeping done to a good standard.

The hotel is well located, very close to Hyde Park and is within easy walking distance of the CBD. Foyer area and first floor are undergoing refurbishment at the moment, so it's a little noisy during the day. Rooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard, and are incredibly big.
