I like the lobby where guests can sit and wait. The swimming pool area is excellent. I stayed there quite often to relax and read news papers. I stayed in another hotel (5 star) in Makati but swimming pool area is not good and no lobby to sitdown unless you order drinks which I usually don't. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. I did not have the chance to eat there because I had been eating out with friends and relatives. I was told, though, that the BUFFET is one of the best. My sister, who was with me, and my two little nieces ate there and they loved it. Next time I visit the city, I will stay in SOFITEL again.
