Convenient location, accessible to malls and tourist spots. Excellent room (bathroom is really nice, comfortable). We liked the "party basket" promo. Excellent landscape view on the poolside. Excellent view by the bayside, so relaxing place. Very clean and staff are courteous and helpful. Good food though expensive. Maybe more better if hotel has additional shops with native "kultura" stuff.

I stayed in three different hotels in my 14 days stay in the city and SOFITEL has the best ambiance. I like the lobby where guests can sit and wait. The swimming pool area is excellent. I stayed there quite often to relax and read news papers. I stayed in another hotel (5 star) in Makati but swimming pool area is not good and no lobby to sitdown unless you order drinks which I usually don't.

Staffs were very courteous and helpful. I did not have the chance to eat there because I had been eating out with friends and relatives. I was told, though, that the BUFFET is one of the best. My sister, who was with me, and my two little nieces ate there and they loved it.

Next time I visit the city, I will stay in SOFITEL again.
