Excellent location and rooms. Beds so soft and heavenly will defintly rebook again sometime.

I found the room and amenities to be very good with a great view, fantastic shower (pressure) and a great location to get around town without having to worry about taxis. I would have no problem in staying on my next visit to Auckland.

Grand Hotel is quiet, clean and the service is excellent. We come back without hesitation.

The staff were polite and very helpful. I like the uniforms and the ties that the door staff were very sharp- I would love one for my wardobe. Overall a postive experience. There was not enough closet space for 2 people, and a lack of general luggage storage space. However the room was nicely decorated and the modern fixtures were a nice touch.
