I do not know what is meant by the category "facility". it is a wonderful small hotel, but expensive - however, london is an expensive city. . The room and bed were delightful although the room was smaller than i expected.

Not clear about which days breakfast was included. Had argument with the front desk as they were disagreeing with the print out i had in front of me from this website, so this put a very sour taste in my mouth for an otherwise nice stay

I have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times in the last 9months or so and each time my room size keeps getting smaller. normally when someone frequents an establishment they note that you are a repeat customer and usually offer upgrades/bonuses.
