Perfect For Holiday or Business
With the So. Kensington Underground Station just a block away, it was so convenient to get around London to all the places we wanted to go including resturants, historical sites, and the theater. Combine that with the wonderful rooms, the attentive staff, and great in-room dining and you have our perferred choise of where to stay in London. Dave & Patty Gorman

We have stayed at Number Sixteen many times over the last 10 years and it is always wonderful. The staff is fantastic, helping with everything from dinner reservations to parade schedules. The location is a dream, just two short blocks from the tube station. I would still make my reservation at Number Sixteen when I visit london again.

Hotel is in a great location and service and amenities were generally very good. Room rate, however, was a bit high for a boutique hotel.
You have a great location and a really comfortable hotel. As a suggestion on the value category, I think the cost to use the internet connection is highly excessive. I only used the connection to check my emails a couple of times a day, but was billed over $330.00 for the week. That is unbelievably high for what is being provided. The highest I have paid at other hotels, if they charge for the service at all, is $25 a day.
I do not know what is meant by the category "facility". It is a wonderful small hotel, but expensive - however, London is an expensive city. The room and bed were delightful although the room was smaller than I expected.
not clear about which days breakfast was included. had argument with the front desk as they were disagreeing with the print out I had in front of me from this website, so this put a very sour taste in my mouth for an otherwise nice stay
The lighting was a bit poor.

This has to have been the absolute smallest room that I've ever stayed in any hotel anywhere. Barely large enough to turn around in. But the room had everything you'd need, despite its ultra-compact size. Considering the price (117 pound/night or roughly $220), it was not a particularly good bargain, even for a luxury hotel. Maybe that's London. Larger single room go for about 150 pounds/night here.
