The coach to Rotorua was late and arrived at 10:30pm at night. Fortunately, I had called up earlier to re-affirm the room reservation and the reception lady waited till we arrived (it was supposed to close at 10pm). Room is great and did not expect to have a small kitchen facilities with microwave, cutleries and toaster. It was a nice stay in Rotorua, overall.

Entire complex needs a coat of paint & a bit of updating, as we were out most nights unfortunately we did not experience the restaurant

We were there for such a quick stay, but staff was helpful and enjoyable, the 2 bedroom apt was very spacious. Thank you.

Only thing lacking was that the room was not air conditioned. Normally this would not have been a problem, but with the geothermal hydrogen sulfide gases present it was a little nauseous.
