Partying guest until 2.30am. Would like explanation when I booked noted price quoted $93NZ amount charged to my cc $105.19NZ. No aircon very stuffy.

Unfortunately we also stayed at this motel on our last night in N.Z. During the four hours of sleep before we left for the airport, our room was broken into and my handbag, with purse, all credit cards and most importantly our PASSPORTs were stolen! As a consequence we had to apply for new British passports, stay an extra week in Auckland at huge expense as we wouldn't stay in this motel again and arrived home stressed, financially $3,000 dollars down and having to face weeks of replacing cards, drivers licence, medicare cards etc. The room was large but sparse. I would describe it as adequate.

Shuttle Service-Courtious & Prompt Needs a better Shower Curtain in the bathroom. Bathroom needs to be redecorated.

Too expensive for type of motel

We were disappointed that the room came with twin single beds rather than the queen size double that we had booked. Also a little disappointed with the quality of the evening meal (we were taken to another Comfort Inn for this).

Adequate and reasonably comfortable at a fair price. Nothing to get excited about. Bathroom quite small, otherwise OK

Very short of parking space. Double patio doors opening straight onto the car park -felt a bit exposed.Not somewhere you would want to stay for a holiday but adequate as an overnight stay. Room and amenities were adequate.
