We understand that the world recession has not spared many of us. In time like this, tourist destination shold be more attractive in terms of cost down, service excellence.

Many facilities available were poorly maintained especially the dining and recreational facilities with exception to the pool availability wich was also opened for public.

There were damaged water taps, fridge were not available and no transport service from the ferry point to hotel and hotel reception to the room especially located up the hill.

Food served at the dining is very poor and seems to be serving outdated food stuff especially sea food. Cook need to be re-visited and the restaurant waitresses requires more training in terms of welcoming guests and attending closely to guests needs.

No services after 10pm and telephones not intercnnected with one room to another. No emergency services availale after silent hours.

Overall, I feel we have been over charged for the 2 nights/3 days stay. Lucky us there was bus service to ferry point on the day of departure.

I certainl will want to visit your resort again if the above minimum services are inproved.
