my wife and i thorougly enjoyed our stay at sherlock holmes hotel staff were most helpful and attentive breakfast was first class and sherlocks grill meal was excelent will definately use this hotel again

My experience at this hotel was very enjoyable. The staff were always cheerful and helpful and were always willing to give advice and directions. The bar area was very comfortable and had a good range of beverages. I only ate once at lunch time and the food was of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially given the service and proximity to the centre of London as well as the easy access to the Underground.

Found the staff most welcoming and very helpful. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade room for GBP15 per night and decided to take advantage of this. We can only say we were extremley pleased with all aspects of the room (even if it were a little too hot during the night). All in all - excellent.

The staff were very curtious. The door to the bathroom is glass which is attractive but doesn't give much privacy.
