Very comfortable, but will need maintenance soon

Suitable for: Business, Leisure, Families, Couples

Good location as there is access to both surf and broadwater. We stayed in the most basic of the room types but it was still very comfortable. Hotel has a nice ambience. I would recommend a bit more thorough maintenance as the rooms are just starting to look at little rough around the edges (eg brass has rubbed off taps) and slightly dated.
