The Lobby was nice and the staff were excellent, however when we got to the room was very hot. We would have preferred if the room had been aired or the air-conditioner was switched on. It felt the room had not been opened or lived in for weeks or months.

We ordered roomservice and the tableware stood more than 1 day outside at the frontdoor. This situation attracted monkeys who played with the dishes and cups, but also ants. I suggest to clean it up right the next morning. Also cleaning the floor outside the room in front of the door Due to dark timbers, the room is very dark. Even at daytime you have to put on several lights.

Rather disappointed with the restaurant food. We normally have to take a taxi to take us down town so that we can have more choice of some nice local

We wanted to try out the child play centre but unfortunately no staff was available. Nice pool. Very pleased with the room.

Service very slow in restaurants, average 20 mins to get served a drink. Room service excellent Lovely room, sometimes did not receive enough towels

There was slight problem at check-in,when they said there wasn't a non-smoking room of the type we had booked.This was however fine because the smoking room we were given hadn't been used by smokers and was entirely satisfactory Mattress a little hard!

Disabled people should be discouraged from coming to the Hotel. The Place appeared to be a bit rundown.

The furniture and carpets are a little too well worn. Needs upgrading. Bathroom amenities are basic. COuld use with a little extras like sewing kit/washing detergent or cotton buds. There was a cockoach underneath the mattress! A little dusty of some surfaces. otherwise everything else is adequate.
