I like the personalised service of the hotel. Everthing is excellent except for the door card access system. It has always been unsuccessful getting into the room again after i am out.

Overall the stay was excellent. The bed was too firm for me but the room was a good size and comfortable and the breakfast ws excellent. Thank you for arranging my stay at the Sheraton krabi
